Re:Q5: - 2009/05/06 12:15 GMT Flexible tenure systems for pastoral and agropastoral areas will only destroy pastoral systems; the deleterious impacts of pastoral practices on public lands already affected natural systems too dangerously; soil and biodiversity erosions are common in such areas.

In order to avoid conflicts between environment interests and pople's need, better systems of cultivation of fodder shall be promoted with government involvement.
