Reconstruction of Land Administration in Post Conflict Cond. The introduction of ICT into land registration organizations in post-conflict conditions can be very useful, but also faces severe constraints. The experiences in Albania and Afghanistan are analyzed to show the potential benefits and costs, and the conditions under which ICT can be profitably adapted to the reconstruction of land administration organizations in post-conflict conditions.
